friend, Tyrene, has asked me to help her with her unit at Gulf Crest
- She has a three bedroom unit directly above mine. Tyrene is a
talented designer/decorator and created a wonderful retreat for
her family. Since she will only use the property three or four times
a year, she has decided to occasionally rent it. This is an opportunity
to stay in a second home that is second to none! I am happy that
she has trusted me with this beautiful unit. This may be a wonderful
opportunity to accommodate large groups with the two 3 bedroom units
one floor apart!

Rental
Information:
The On-Site Rental Office will provide keys, pool tags, and parking
passes. Please park in parking space assigned to unit, additional
vehicles park on upper deck.
Rates and terms are subject to change without notice. Must be
at least 25 years of age to reserve unit. Cleaning fee is included
in weekly rate. Weekly rates are Saturday through Saturday. Monthly
prices are calculated base on a 28-day month. Currency
is shown in US Dollars (US). Add 10%
Florida Tax to all rates. These
condos are privately owned and managed. A refundable security
deposit of $300 is requested to hold a reservation. Gulf Crest
will charge a $20.00 registration fee upon arrival. Management
reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate
