My friend, Tyrene, has asked me to help her with her unit at Gulf Crest - She has a three bedroom unit directly above mine. Tyrene is a talented designer/decorator and created a wonderful retreat for her family. Since she will only use the property three or four times a year, she has decided to occasionally rent it.
